The Staff of Balagenos is an ancient artifact staff that only recently was rediscovered. It is believed to enhance spiritual practices though this information may not be accurate.
The Appointed are currently seeking it for unknown reasons in cooperation with the Steam Society.
It was found by Arcana under the orders of The Asset to keep it out of their hands. It had been languishing in a magic shop. At this time, it is being stored in Arcana's secure containment facility in her base.
